I was there with Teatr Akt and "Ikar" street show, feat Doministry and DJ Hiroszyma.
Petersburg is amazing. Huge streets and buildings. Somehow boring, at the same time impressive. "Official" piracy - selling mp3 cd's with ripped whole albums of famous artists inside. Lenin stands proudly in the middle of the city, people say "it should be there, you know, history". We performed in a huge City fest, where Putin and Medvedev were present. Many water channels, like Venice. 4 performances, 2 times a day with things going on around parallely.....
